How to get help

If you need help from our foodbank there are a few simple steps to follow:

THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP IS TO GET A FOODBANK REFERRAL

If you require food support, you will first need to get a referral from a recognised agency. We work with local agencies such as Citizens Advice, housing support officers, children’s centres, health visitors, social services, school pastoral teams and some local charities. Speak to one of these and they will contact us on your behalf with a referral.

If you do not already have contact with an agency such as one of those listed above, you can call Citizens Advice on 08001448848 or Help Through Hardship on 0808 2082138, who should be able to help you.

Getting a referral is often a quick process, and will not delay you receiving food.
